ALEAVIT SPRINT is particularly suitable in difficult fermentations: low temperatures, in reduction, with high sugar grapes and in all refermentations.
It activates and regulates fermentation, supplying the yeasts with all the necessary and useful nutrients for the smooth course of fermentation and for an optimization of the wine’s aromatic expression.
It supplies the yeasts with easily assimilated nitrogenous substances as well as vitamins, sterols, amino acids and mineral salts, which ensure a regular course of fermentation.

Stimulation of yeast metabolism in the early stages of growth
– Prevention of fermentation abnormalities in at-risk situations: musts with high sugar content, grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea, grapes with high microbiological contamination, refermentations of wines with high alcohol content.
– Preparation of the pied de cuve
Dissolve ALEAVIT SPRINT in a little water or directly into the must used in the pied de cuve. Add in pumping over to the must or wine to be fermented, taking care to properly homogenize the mass. Aerate conveniently as appropriate.
