2 to 10 g/hl to allow more intense and persistent aromatic notes to appear.
It contributes to the increase in volume and structure in treated products, enhancing the feeling of softness and attenuating acid and bitter sensations.
Appearance: brown, thick and viscous liquid.
ALEATAN GOLD CH prevents oxidation of the positive volatile components of tannin, which therefore remain reactive toward the volatile compounds in wine.
Synergistic reactivity with wine odor molecules allows the appearance of more intense and persistent aromatic notes.
It contributes to the increase in volume and structure in treated products, enhancing the sensation of softness and attenuating acid and bitter sensations.
ALEATAN GOLD CH is a blend of Ellagic Tannins stabilized with gum arabic (Acacia Senegal) selected particularly for its structuring-softening effect.
Its use is recommended during wine maturation.
