ALEAVIT N ATUSAL is a fermentation activator to be added to started alcoholic fermentation; it provides ammoniacal nitrogen, minerals, sterols, amino acids, peptides and vitamins in an assimilable form, promoting yeast metabolism.
ALEAVIT NATUSAL contributes to rapid and regular alcoholic fermentation, reducing the risks of fermentation arrest or slowdown in the presence of inhibitory factors or in cases of nutritional deficiency of starting musts.
Organic preparation based on Bibasic Ammonium Phosphate, Thiamine, Cellulose and Yeast Derivatives
The use of ALEAVIT NATUSAL is recommended for obtaining regular alcoholic fermentations and for optimizing the fermentation course of yeasts.
Its use is recommended in cases of excessively clear musts and in all cases of stunted fermentations due to nutritional deficiencies or the presence of factors inhibiting yeast metabolism.
Fractional additions of ALEAVIT NATUSAL, at 1/3 and 2/3 of alcoholic fermentation, are recommended.
