ALEAFIN TEXTURE READY is a refinement aid based on specific strains of selected inactivated yeasts. The strains used were specifically selected for their high content of readily available mannoproteins and oligosaccharides, as well as nucleic acids and sapid oligopeptides.
Its use during aging in place of or to supplement the natural fine lees of the wine allows for the increase of perceived volume in the mouth, flavor complexity and especially persistence and flavor.
