ALEAFIN BOUQUET is a complex fining aid that, thanks to the high presence of tannins associated with the plant polysaccharides present, contributes to the increase in volume and structure in treated products, enhancing the sensation of softness and attenuating acid and bitter sensations. The particular reactivity with some aromatic molecules present in the wine allows ALEAFIN BOUQUET to enhance and stabilize the aromas, increasing the olfactory cleanliness and increasing the complexity of the wine thanks to the contribution of fruity notes.
Complex adjuvant based on ellagic and condensed tannins, stabilized with plant-derived polysaccharides.
The addition of ALEAFIN BOUQUET, both in wines and musts, contributes to the increase of colloidal structure and the improvement of the organoleptic quality of wines. ALEAFIN BOUQUET is suitable for the treatment of wines in which sweet and fruity notes are to be emphasized, increasing the sensations of softness and sweetness, while attenuating those of astringency and bitterness.
ALEAFIN BOUQUET is dissolved directly in water or wine to be treated. It is recommended that the product be thoroughly homogenized in the mass. Do not put in contact with iron containers.
