ALEATAN GOLD T3 carries out an effective preventive action toward oxidative processes of the positive volatile components of wine, contributing to their persistence and an increase in the shelf-life of treated wine.
Synergistic reactivity with wine odor molecules allows the appearance of more intense and persistent aromatic notes, especially with a sweet and floral profile.
ALEATAN GOLD T3 contributes to olfactory cleanliness, increasing freshness by reducing oxidized and over-ripened fruit notes and bringing aromatic and flavor complexity.
ALEATAN GOLD T3 is a mixture of Ellagic Tannins and Proanthocyanidins, stabilized with gum arabic (Acacia Senegal).
Its use is recommended during the wine maturation period.
ALEATAN GOLD T3 can be dissolved directly into wine. Mix all the mass thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
