Applicazioni
ALEACU 4 is a valuable aid in treating reduced odors attributable to the presence of hydrogen sulfide.
In cases where the origin of a wine’s olfactory anomalies is unknown, it is advisable to carry out preventive dosing tests by adding a few drops of ALEACU 4 to a wine sample and checking the disappearance or otherwise of the reduced odors.
