ALEA KRISTALL is an oenological aid that promotes the formation of potassium bitartrate crystals in wines, consequently accelerating their precipitation.
The potassium salts present in ALEA KRISTALL modify the chemical-physical equilibria of over-saturation, causing the formation of potassium bitartrate micro-crystals, which act as crystallization germs and promote tartaric stabilization of treated wines.

The use of ALEA KRISTALL is recommended during stabilization, especially in conjunction with refrigeration treatments.
Its use reduces refrigeration time and also avoids any problems with re-dissolution of salts.
Dissolve ALEA KRISTALL in water and add to the mass to be treated, homogenizing it thoroughly.
