Specific antioxidant for application to grapes and musts, thanks to the”balance between its constituents preserves and enhances the varietal aromatic characters of grapes and musts, while performing an effective antioxidant, antioxidase and antimicrobial action.
ALETAN RH UVA EF reduces the dissolved oxygen content in the must, thus preventing the oxidation of the natural aromatic and phenolic component of the grape, safeguarding the varietal aromatic character and reducing the SO2 input in the pre-fermentation stages, with less production of acetaldehyde andH2Sduring alcoholic fermentation and a marked improvement in the organoleptic quality of the wine.

ALEATAN RH UVA EF prevents oxidation of musts, safeguarding the aromatic potential of grapes and musts: its use is recommended in the production of fragrant and well-structured wines.
ALEATAN RH UVA EF protects against the action of oxidasic enzymes (laccase and tyrosinase) especially in musts obtained from grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea.
Dissolve ALEATAN RH UVA EF in water or must, at a ratio of 1:10, and add directly to the grapes or must, taking care to homogenize well.
