Aleavit L-START
LIQUID

Appearance: light brown liquid solution with intense yeast odor.
Aleavit L-START‘s composition, rich in readily assimilable amino acids and vitamins, complements the availability of nutrients in the must and optimizes the fermentation course.
Aleavit L-START helps to achieve a more regular fermentation course, avoiding slowdowns or stalls.
Aleavit L-START enhances the metabolism of selected yeast, improving performance and ensuring the organoleptic result.
Liquid autolysate of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast stabilized with citric acid and SO2.
The use of Aleavit L-START is recommended for achieving regular alcoholic fermentations and for optimizing the fermentation course of yeasts particularly for large mass fermentations.
Add Aleavit L-START while fermentation is in progress, possibly in combination with 5-10 mg/L oxygen and mineral nitrogen nutrients (Aleavit ONE, Aleavit DAP-T, Aleavit L-DAP).
Manual application: disperse Aleavit L-START in a small amount of must, add to the fermenting mass and homogenize.
Metering pump application: take the required amount and pump Aleavit L-START directly into the fermenting mass.
Fractional additions are recommended, at 1/3 and 2/3 of alcoholic fermentation, or with larger fractionations in case of automatic WineBr@in systems.
