20 to 50 g/hl in refermentation and in fermentation stops.
Maximum authorized EU dose 200 g/hL (equal to 100 g/hL of pure ammonia salts) in first fermentation or 60 g/hL (equal to 30 g/hL of pure ammonia salts) in frothing.
Appearance: faint yellow liquid with faint ammonia odor.
Ammoniacal nitrogen 10% ± 0.5 (10 mL/hL provides about 10 mg/L Readily Assimilable Ammoniacal Nitrogen)

aLEAVIT L-DAP is a liquid fermentation activator specifically designed to simplify the supply of ammonia nitrogen and for use with Wine Br@in and similar automatic dosing systems.
The use of ALEAVIT L-DAP allows the nitrogen in the must to be supplemented, enabling better yeast multiplication and smoother fermentation, limiting the formation of hydrogen sulfide and off-flavours.
Add ALEAVIT L-DAP directly into the must or wine to be fermented, taking care to properly homogenize the mass. Suitable for dosing with automated systems.
