ALEAFIN PS is a complex fining aid, in which the presence of polysaccharides of plant origin and derived from the cell walls of selected yeasts promotes an increase in the complexity and structure of the wine, increasing harmony and smoothness at the taste level. The presence of tannin also allows greater color stabilization, contributing to the improvement of the structure and roundness of wines and the prevention of oxidation during finishing processes.
Complex adjuvant based on Proanthocyanidin Tannins, stabilized with plant-derived Polysaccharides and Yeast Peels.
ALEAFIN PS is an ageing aid indicated for applications on red and white wines where significant structure is sought. Because of its special formulation, its use is recommended during ageing. It is recommended to keep ALEAFIN PS in contact with the wine for medium to long periods, making periodic pumping over, in order to enhance its structuring and stabilizing actions.
