Applicazioni
ALEADET BK 76 is a heavy-duty, low-foam caustic powder for heavy soiling, compatible with high hardness water, which can be used for a wide range of applications in food industries.
It can be used for a wide range of applications including CIP washing, bottle washing, keg washing, floor cleaning and cleaning-passivation of new equipment.
ALEADET BK 76 ensures effective removal of the most tenacious contamination with special emphasis on tartrate removal and bottle washing in the wine industry and, more generally, in beverage bottling and dairy industries.
Modalità d'Uso
Do not mix ALEADET BK 76 with acidic products.
ALEADET BK 76 can be used in concentrations ranging from 1 percent to 5 percent, depending on the application and the type of dirt to be removed, at a wash temperature between 10 and 65 °C.
When applied at the recommended concentrations and temperatures it is compatible with all materials commonly used in the food industry. If there is any uncertainty, it is advisable to evaluate materials individually before each extended use.
