Applicazioni
ALEABENT GRANULAR can be applied to musts and wines in order to decrease protein content and improve product stability.
Its use in combination with other clarifying products allows for a high degree of cleanliness, improving the filterability of treated products.
When used in fermentation, it promotes lees compacting and has an inhibitory action on oxidative enzymes (laccase and oxidase) that can compromise the regular fermentation progress and the quality of the finished product.
