Aleasol 40
LIQUID
Add in varying doses as needed.
Indicatively, on musts, 6 to 25 ml/hl, depending on the phytosanitary status of the grapes.
10 ml/hl of ALEASOL 40 provides about 40 mg/l of SO2 and 1.3 g/hl of NH4+
Appearance: pale yellow clear solution with slight odor of sulfur dioxide.
ALEASOL 40 is a liquid sulfiting agent containing nitrogen in the form of ammonium ion NH4+.
Aqueous solution of ammonium bisulfite above 40%.
ALEASOL 40 is a liquid sulfiting agent that allows both sulfur dioxide and nitrogen in ammoniacal form to be added to musts at the same time.
An adequate content of APA (Readily Assimilable Nitrogen) is indispensable for proper fermentation, and ammoniacal nitrogen is the form of this element most easily assimilated by yeasts; at the same time, a proper supply of sulfur dioxide is necessary to conduct controlled winemaking: consequently, ALEASOL 40 is an ideal sulphitant for the fermentation phase.
