Appearance: beige-colored powder with typical yeast/tannin odor.
ALEAPOWER FRESH increases the aromatic potential of treated musts, particularly enhancing fresh, floral and citrus notes (grapefruit, tangerine…).
ALEAPOWER FRESH contributes to a more regular fermentation progress and promotes the maximum aromatic expression of the selected yeast thanks to its contribution of amino acids and vitamins essential to maximize the organoleptic result.
Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast autolysate , condensed tannins and aromatically active hydrolysates, inert media (cellulose).
The use of ALEAPOWER FRESH is recommended to obtain alcoholic fermentations with enhancement of aromatic profiles, especially on varietal white grape musts or rosé musts in which intense floral and fruity, citrusy and fresh notes are sought.
It favors the correct aromatic expression of the selected yeast strain, avoiding reductions or other aromatic deviations resulting from stunted fermentations.
The peculiarities of ALEAPOWER FRESH are maximized by the synergy with Aleaferm CRIO, Aleaferm GRANDAROM B, Aleavit L-MAX, Aleatan FRESH improves yeast metabolism enhancing its expressiveness.
Disperse ALEAPOWER FRESH into a small amount of wort, add to the fermenting mass and homogenize.
