General characteristics
Appearance: medium-large flakes (5-20 mm), brown in colour.
Odor: characteristic toasted oak aroma.
Organoleptic profile: complex and enveloping with a predominance of chocolate, cocoa butter and vanilla combined with a warm spice. Great volume and softness.
