Aleavit L-START
LIQUIDO
Liquid yeast autolysate Saccharomyces cerevisiae stabilized with citric acid and SO2.
Appearance: light brown liquid solution, with an intense yeasty odor.
The composition of Aleavit L-START, rich in readily assimilable amino acids and vitamins, completes the availability of nutrients in the must and optimizes the fermentation process.
Aleavit L-START It helps to obtain a more regular fermentation process, avoiding slowdowns or stops.
Aleavit L-START improves the metabolism of the selected yeast, improving performance and guaranteeing the organoleptic result.
The use of Aleavit L-START It is recommended to obtain regular alcoholic fermentations and to optimize the fermentation process of the yeasts, particularly for the fermentation of large masses.
Add Aleavit L-START during fermentation, possibly in combination with 5-10 mg/L of oxygen and mineral nitrogen nutrients (Aleavit ONE, Aleavit DAP-T, Aleavit L-DAP).
From 10 to 50 mL/hL, depending on the needs.
Manual application: disperse Aleavit L-START in a small quantity of must, add to the fermenting mass and homogenize.
Application with dosing pump: take the required amount and pump Aleavit L-START directly into the fermenting mass.
It is recommended to make fractional additions, at 1/3 and 2/3 of the alcoholic fermentation, or with greater fractionations in the case of automatic systems. WineBr@in.
