It helps activate and regulate fermentation in the winemaking process, providing vitamins, nitrogenous substances, and yeast sterols.

ALEAVIT THIOLS It also guarantees a significant supply of amino acids, particularly of the sulphurous type and peptides.

Applications

ALEAVIT THIOLS it is a fermentation activator specifically designed to maximize the aromatic expressiveness of thiol vines.

Its use in fermentation together with ALEAFERM THIOL and NATUZYM THIOLS allows a greater development of thiol compounds (up to 150%).
