Preparation based on yeast hulls rich in amino acids and thiamine
Appearance: beige powder.
ALEAVIT SPRINT it is particularly suitable for difficult fermentations: low temperatures, in reduction, with grapes with a high sugar content and in all refermentations.
It activates and regulates fermentation, providing the yeasts with all the necessary and useful nutrients for the good progress of fermentation and for optimising the aromatic expression of the wine.
In addition to easily assimilated nitrogenous substances, it provides the yeasts with vitamins, sterols, amino acids and mineral salts, which guarantee a regular fermentation process.
Stimulation of yeast metabolism in the early stages of growth
• Prevention of fermentation anomalies in risk situations: musts with high sugar content, grapes affected by Botrytis cinerea, grapes with high microbiological contamination, refermentations of high-alcohol wines.
• Preparation of the pied de cuve
Use in a ratio of 1:4 to the weight of the yeast.
Maximum legal dose EC 10 g/hl
To melt ALEAVIT SPRINT in a little water or directly in the must used in the foot of the cuve. Add in pumping over to the must or wine to be fermented, taking care to adequately homogenize the mass. Aerate appropriately according to the case.
