LIQUIDO
ALEATAN GOLD AP It is a liquid mixture of Ellagic and Condensed Tannins extracted mainly from oak wood (Quercus sp.) stabilized with sulfur dioxide (0,2%) and gum arabic (Acacia Senegal).
Appearance: Brown, thick, viscous liquid. ALEATAN GOLD AP improves the structure and the gustatory softness of the treated wines. It also increases their aromatic complexity, increasing the floral notes and ripe and overripe fruit, typical of dried grapes. Particularly suitable for structured wines or those that require more mature notes of drying.
Its use is recommended during the maturation of wine, both in steel and in wooden barrels. Use in pre-bottling is recommended only after having verified the protein and colloidal stability of the wine. It is always advisable to carry out preventive laboratory tests before use to verify the organoleptic result and prevent clouding and filtration problems.
1 – 10 g/hL for white and rosé wines
2 – 20 g/hL for red and dessert wines
To melt ALEATAN GOLD AP in water or wine, in a 1:10 ratio, and add directly to the mass to be treated, taking care to mix thoroughly.
Shake the bottle before use
