Blend of Proanthocyanidin Tannins with high antioxidant power.
Appearance: pink/beige powder.
ALEATAN TV has a strong antioxidant power and is therefore indicated as
preventive in the refinement and pre-bottling phases of white, red and rosé wines,
as well as in the foaming and final stabilization of Martinotti method sparkling wines.
Charmed.
ALEATAN TV allows to significantly reduce the doses of SO2 used both in
winemaking, both in storage and refinement, and in bottling.
ALEATAN TV contributes to olfactory cleansing, increasing freshness and bouquet
aromatic. It improves the structure and the gustatory breadth of the treated wines, also carrying out
an important action on colour stability.

• Management of redox during maturation and refinement with and without the presence of fine lees (sur lies)
• Musts and sparkling base wines during the storage phase to promote oxidative control at low SO2 values
• Wines without sulphites

• 5 – 30 g/hL with repeated applications during all production phases
Dissolve ALEATAN TV in water or wine to be treated in a ratio of 1:20. Add to the
mass and mix thoroughly. Do not put in contact with iron containers.
