Dissolve in must or wine, in a ratio of 1:10, and add directly to the mass to be treated, taking care to homogenize thoroughly. Do not put in contact with iron containers. |

ALEATAN FULL UP It is a proanthocyanidin tannin extracted from quebracho. It has antioxidant and structuring properties, also contributing to the stabilization of color in red wines.
ALEATAN FULL UP It is indicated for the stabilization of color, for the improvement of the structure and roundness of wines and for the prevention of oxidation during the finishing processes. In particularly tannic wines and with vegetal hints, it gives softness, volume and roundness to the palate, while eliminating any vegetal notes present. Particularly suitable for wines derived from grapes that have not reached optimal phenolic ripeness.
From 5 to 40 g/hl, depending on the wines to be treated and the technological objectives.
