General characteristics

ALEANOX GLH It is a biologically active tripeptide consisting of L-glutamate, L-cysteine ​​and glycine, produced by microbial fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Its antioxidant properties help to counteract oxidation phenomena in musts and wines and protect aromatic compounds.

Applications
  • On Must : To reduce the risk of oxidation phenomena;

  • About wine : to preserve the aromatic profile of wines (and in particular those of the thiol family) from oxidation and to reduce the risk of oxidation.

Recommended Dosages

From 1 to 20 mg/l

20 mg/l is the maximum dosage permitted in the EU.

Instructions for Use

To melt ALEANOX GLH directly into the must or wine in a 1:10 ratio and add to the mass to be treated, homogenizing carefully while avoiding contact with oxygen.
