Aleasol EFFERVESCENT

Potassium metabisulphite (75%), Potassium bicarbonate (25%).
Appearance: white homogeneous powder, with SO odor2.
ALEASOL EFFERVESCENT It performs antioxidant, antioxidase and antiseptic functions towards unwanted microbiological flora. It also performs an extractive action towards the phenolic substances present in grapes.
The presence of Potassium Bicarbonate allows for good effervescence which allows the product to mix without mechanical actions.
Treatment of grapes, musts and wines to prevent oxidation and microbiological contamination in general. In case of use outside the wine sector, it is advisable to check the reference legislation for the sector of use.
12 g/hl of ALEASOL EFFERVESCENT provide approximately 5 mg/l of SO2.
Dissolve directly in the must or wine to be treated, keeping it stirred.
WARNING: The treatment releases Carbon Dioxide and may cause the formation of foam.
