LIQUIDO
Aqueous solution of ammonium bisulphite greater than 40%.
Appearance: clear, pale yellow solution with a slight odor of sulfur dioxide.
ALEASOL 40 It is a liquid sulphiting agent containing nitrogen in the form of ammonium ion NH4+.
ALEASOL 40 It is a liquid sulphiting agent that allows the addition of both sulphur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form to the must at the same time.
An adequate content of APA (Readily Assimilable Nitrogen) is essential for a correct fermentation, and ammoniacal nitrogen is the form of this element most easily assimilated by yeasts; at the same time, a correct supply of sulphur dioxide is necessary to carry out a controlled vinification: ALEASOL 40 it is therefore an ideal sulphiting agent for the fermentation phase.
Add in variable doses, as needed.
Indicatively, on musts, from 6 to 25 ml/hl, according to the phytosanitary state of the grapes.
10 ml/hl of ALEASOL 40 They provide approximately 40 mg/l of SO2 and 1,3 g/hl of NH4+
