Aleasol 61
LIQUIDO
Pure aqueous solution of Ammonium Bisulphite at 61% W/V in SO2.
Appearance: clear, intense yellow solution, with a typical odor of sulfur dioxide.
ALEASOL 61 It is a liquid sulphiting agent also containing readily assimilable nitrogen in the form of ammonium NH4+.
ALEASOL 61 It is a liquid sulphiting agent that allows the addition of both sulphur dioxide and nitrogen in ammonia form to the must at the same time.
An adequate content of YAN (Readily Assimilable Nitrogen) is essential for a correct fermentation and ammoniacal nitrogen is the form of this element most easily assimilated by yeasts. At the same time, a correct supply of sulfur dioxide is necessary to conduct a controlled vinification.
ALEASOL 61 It is therefore the ideal sulphiting agent for the fermentation phase.
Add in variable doses, as needed.
Indicatively, on musts, from 6 to 20 mL/hL, according to the phytosanitary state of the grapes.
10 mL/hL of ALEASOL 61 They provide approximately 60 mg/L of SO2 and 17 mg/L of APA
The current Community legislation – Reg. (EC) 606/2009 – provides for the use of ammonium bisulphite exclusively in fermentation up to a maximum limit of 0,2 g/L, corresponding to approximately 20 mL/hL (= 28 g/hL) of ALEASOL 61.
