Appearance: small beige sticks, with a characteristic odor.

ALEAFERM SMART It has good fermentation kinetics and does not have high nutritional requirements. Its high resistance to alcohol and its fermentation speed make it suitable for all fermentations in difficult conditions.
ALEAFERM SMART It is a yeast suitable for arrested fermentations and re-fermentations. Thanks to its high vigour and particularly short latency phase, it is particularly recommended for masses characterised by strong microbiological contamination and for musts derived from dried grapes.
