Alkaline cleaning powder for the removal of residues resulting from tartaric acid salification and organic residues in wooden barrels.
Appearance: white powder.
ALEADET GRAP C It has been formulated as an alkaline detergent based on a mixture of phosphates and surfactants.
ALEADET GRAP C is able to neutralize both the SO2 both sulfuric acid commonly found in wooden barrels and vats after their use.

ALEADET GRAP C It is recommended for applications of removing deposits from wooden vats and barrels.
Barrique Cleaning – Tonneaux – maceration – 5-20 g/L (0.5-2%)
Cleaning of vats and barrels – recirculation washing – 20-100 g/L (2-10%)
Reassembly applications: prepare the solution (2-10%) with filtered and possibly softened water at room temperature. Wash in recirculation for 20-40 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
Maceration applications: prepare the solution (0.1-2%) with filtered and possibly softened water at room temperature. Completely fill the container to be washed and leave in contact for 2 hours, up to 2 days depending on the concentration, temperature and degree of encrustation to be removed. Empty the container, then rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
