LIQUIDO
Pure porcine food gelatine, in 30% aqueous solution, stabilized with sulfur dioxide.
Appearance: clear yellow solution, with odor of sulfur dioxide.
ALEAGEL 30 it is a medium hydrolyzed gelatin, with excellent tannin-removing and clarifying properties.
Indicated for softening wines obtained from pressing and red wines rich in astringent tannins.
ALEAGEL 30 It is indicated for the static clarification and flotation of musts, and for the clarification of white wines, in association with silica gel and bentonite.
ALEAGEL 30 It is also an excellent gelatine for red wines, in which it causes a rapid and complete clarification, accompanied by a good detanninizing action that allows a clear improvement in the tasting characteristics of the wine, without affecting its colour.
