Appearance

LIQUIDO

Composition

Diammonium phosphate (NH4)2HPO50%, citric acid, demineralized water.

General characteristics

Appearance: pale yellow liquid, with a faint ammonia odor.

Ammoniacal nitrogen 10% ± 0,5 (10 mL/hL provide approximately 10 mg/L of readily assimilable ammoniacal nitrogen)

Applications

ALEAVIT L-DAP It is a liquid fermentation activator specifically designed to simplify the supply of ammonia nitrogen and for use with Wine Br@in automatic dosing systems and similar.

The use of ALEAVIT L-DAP It allows the nitrogen present in the must to be integrated, allowing for better yeast multiplication and more regular fermentation, limiting the formation of hydrogen sulphide and off-flavours.

Recommended Dosages

From 10 to 100 g/hl, depending on the APA content of the grapes.

From 20 to 50 g/hl in refermentation and in stuck fermentations.

Maximum authorised EU dose 200 g/hL (equal to 100 g/hL of pure ammonium salts) in first fermentation or 60 g/hL (equal to 30 g/hL of pure ammonium salts) in secondary fermentation.

Instructions for Use

Add ALEAVIT L-DAP directly into the must or wine to be fermented, taking care to adequately homogenize the mass. Suitable for dosing with automated systems.
