Aleafin RIBOCELL

Complex product based on yeast hulls.
Appearance: beige powder.
ALEAFIN RIBOCELL it is a complex adjuvant for refinement, in which the high presence of mannoproteins and macromolecules deriving from the cytoplasmic membrane allow an increase in the complexity and structure of the wine, especially increasing the persistence of the taste and the sapidity.
ALEAFIN RIBOCELL It is an adjuvant for refinement indicated for applications on red and white wines that require an improvement in structure, flavour and gustatory persistence.
The specific formulation of ALEAFIN RIBOCELL allows its use in different phases:
· AGING in association with the bâtonnage technique. At this stage, it is recommended to use it in combination with other products from the Aleafin range (Aleafin Emme, Aleafin Gielle, Aleafin Texture).
· PRE-BOTTLING: its rapid action allows its use even a few days before bottling, always before the final filtration. For a more complete action, it can be combined with other products of the Aleafin range (Aleafin Manno, Aleafin Elle).
0,5 – 10 g/hL, depending on the products treated and the results to be obtained.
Maximum legal dose in the EU 40 g/hL.
