Aleafin PS

Complex adjuvant based on Proanthocyanidin Tannins, stabilized with plant-based Polysaccharides and Yeast Husks.
Appearance: beige powder.
ALEAFIN PS is a complex adjuvant for refinement, in which the presence of polysaccharides of vegetal origin and deriving from the cell walls of selected yeasts promotes an increase in the complexity and structure of the wine, increasing the harmony and softness at the taste level. The presence of tannin also allows for greater stabilization of the color, contributing to the improvement of the structure and roundness of the wines and to the prevention of oxidation during the finishing processes.
ALEAFIN PS It is a refining aid indicated for applications on red and white wines where an important structure is sought. Due to its particular formulation, its use is recommended during the refining phase. It is recommended to maintain ALEAFIN PS in contact with the wine for medium-long periods, carrying out periodic pumping over, in order to enhance its structuring and stabilising actions.
From 5 to 50 g/hl, depending on the wines to be treated and the technological objectives.
Maximum legal dose EC 200 g/hl
