Complex adjuvant based on ellagic and condensed tannins, stabilized with polysaccharides of vegetal origin.
Appearance: light brown powder.
ALEAFIN BOUQUET is a complex refining aid that, thanks to the high presence of tannins associated with the plant polysaccharides present, contributes to the increase in volume and structure in the treated products, enhancing the sensation of softness and attenuating the acidic and bitter sensations. The particular reactivity with some aromatic molecules present in the wine, allows to ALEAFIN BOUQUET to enhance and stabilize the aromas, increasing the olfactory cleanliness and increasing the complexity of the wine thanks to the contribution of fruity notes.
With the addition ALEAFIN BOUQUET, both in wines and musts, contributes to the increase of the colloidal structure and to the improvement of the organoleptic quality of wines. ALEAFIN BOUQUET It is indicated for the treatment of wines in which you want to highlight the sweet and fruity notes, increasing the sensations of softness and sweetness, while at the same time attenuating those of astringency and bitterness.
5-40 g/hl, depending on the products treated and the results to be obtained.
ALEAFIN BOUQUET dissolves directly in water or in the wine to be treated. It is recommended to carefully homogenize the product in the mass. Do not put in contact with iron containers.
