General characteristics
Appearance: medium-large flakes (5-20 mm), brown in colour.
Odor: characteristic toasted oak aroma.
Organoleptic profile: full aroma, sweet with notes of caramel, pastry and toasting. Complex, with a velvety and soft structure.
