Appearance: medium-large flakes (5-20 mm), brown in colour.
Odor: characteristic toasted oak aroma.
Organoleptic profile: sweet aromas of cocoa and cappuccino surrounded by vanilla and roasting. Soft and enveloping in the mouth.
