Liquid solution based on condensed profisenitin tannin extracted from quebracho wood (Schinopsis lorentii) stabilized at the origin with SO2.
Aleatan COLORFIX L It is a liquid tannin that is very active in stabilizing the color of red wines. Profisenitin tannins are structurally very similar to catechin tannins naturally present in grapes and are therefore able to effectively integrate them with direct stabilization and through ethanal bridge of anthocyanins.
Aleatan COLORFIX L it is therefore the ideal tannin for stabilizing the color of musts very rich in anthocyanins and with an imbalance in the T/A ratio also linked to the specific production phase (beginning of maceration).
Color stabilization in red winemaking.
In the pre-fermentation phase, starting from pressing, filling the winemaker, and racking. Ideal for musts very rich in anthocyanins.
Red wines start of maceration 10 – 40 g/100 kg pressed
Red wines racking: 5 – 10 g/hL
Thermovinified and desulphurized: 5-30 g/hL
Dissolve in a small quantity of water or must and add to the mass to be treated, homogenizing carefully.
