Aleatan VINTAGE WHITE
LIQUIDO
Liquid solution based on gallic tannin extracted from CHINESE GALL (galls of rhus chinensis Mill.) stabilized with potassium metabisulphite (E224) and vegetal polysaccharides (E414). Tannin concentration 40% minimum guaranteed.
Appearance: Clear light beige liquid.
ALEATAN VINTAGE WHITE prevents oxidation and inactivates oxidase enzymes, particularly laccases and tyrosinases.
ALEATAN VINTAGE WHITE stabilizes the oxidation-reduction potential of the must and wine, protecting their color and structure, protects against oxidation thanks to the phenolic structuring of the wines, thus allowing to reduce the quantity of SO2.
The extraction and purification process makes ALEATAN VINTAGE WHITE almost odorless and very light in color. This characteristic is fundamental because it allows its use even at high doses on white and rosé wines without adding brown or yellowish notes.
Thanks to its high antioxidant power, its use is recommended as a protector of musts, at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, during racking and/or when decanting finished wines. ALEATAN VINTAGE WHITE reacts with the proteins present in the wine, promoting its stabilization.
Antioxidant prevention for white musts: 5 – 10 mL/hL
Transfer: 2 – 10 mL/hL before or during transfer
Botrytized white and red grapes: 20-50 mL/100 kg crushed
Disperse directly into an aliquot of the wine or must to be treated. Homogenize carefully. Do not put in contact with iron or copper containers.
ALEATAN VINTAGE WHITE It can be dosed without dilution in-line or in batch with dosing pumps (peristaltic or membrane).
