ALEATAN GOLD T3 it is a mixture of ellagic tannins and proanthocyanidins, stabilized with gum arabic (Acacia Senegal).
Appearance: Brown, thick, viscous liquid.
ALEATAN GOLD T3 It carries out an effective preventive action against oxidative processes of the positive volatile components of wine, contributing to their persistence and to an increase in the shelf-life of the treated wine.
The synergistic reactivity with the odorous molecules of the wine allows the appearance of more intense and persistent aromatic notes, particularly with a sweet and floral profile.
ALEATAN GOLD T3 contributes to olfactory cleansing, increasing freshness by reducing the oxidized and over-ripe fruit note and providing aromatic and gustatory complexity.
Its use is recommended during the wine maturation period.
From 2 to 10 g/hl to allow the appearance of more intense and persistent aromatic notes.
It contributes to increasing the volume and structure of treated products, enhancing the sensation of softness and attenuating acidic and bitter sensations.
ALEATAN GOLD T3 can be dissolved directly in the wine. Mix the entire mass thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Do not use iron containers.
