ALEATAN GOLD CH it is an aqueous solution based on ellagic tannins stabilized with sulfur dioxide.
Appearance: Brown, thick, viscous liquid.
ALEATAN GOLD CH It prevents the oxidation of the positive volatile components of the tannin which therefore remain reactive towards the volatile compounds of the wine.
The synergistic reactivity with the odorous molecules of the wine allows the appearance of more intense and persistent aromatic notes.
It contributes to increasing the volume and structure of treated products, enhancing the sensation of softness and attenuating acidic and bitter sensations.
Its use is recommended during the maturation of the wine.
