Dissolve in must or wine, in a ratio of 1:10, and add directly to the mass to be treated, taking care to homogenize thoroughly. Do not put in contact with iron containers. |

Blend of proanthocyanidin tannins from different botanical origins.
Appearance: Dark brown powder.
ALEATAN COLOR SAFE it is a complex tannin that is very active in stabilizing the color of red wines.
The condensed tannins used in this formulation are structurally similar to the catechin tannins naturally present in grapes, therefore they are able to effectively integrate the latter by stabilizing the anthocyanins through the ethanal bridge.
ALEATAN COLOR SAFE stabilizes the color of must and wine, even when they are rich in anthocyanins and with unbalanced ratios between Tannins/Anthocyanins.

ALEATAN COLOR SAFE it can be used in the pre-fermentation phase, during pressing, during the filling of the maceration tank up to racking.
From 5 to 30 g/hL at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, during the maceration phase.
From 3 to 10 g/hL during racking.
From 3 to 30 g/hL on musts and wines produced with thermovinification.
