Liquid refining agent based on Proanthocyanidin and Ellagic tannins.
Appearance: dark brown liquid.
ALEATAN FRESH It has a strong antioxidant power, while at the same time carrying out a preventive action against ferric casse, it also contributes to olfactory cleansing, increasing freshness and improving the structure and gustatory breadth of the treated wines.
ALEATAN FRESH It can be used:
· on young wine
· during maturation
Fractional additions are possible to improve the organoleptic profile of the wine.
From 5 to 30 g/hl, depending on the product to be treated and the technological objective to be achieved.
It is advisable to carry out preventive laboratory tests in order to identify the optimal dosage for the product to be treated.
