Low molecular weight tannin extracted from the skins of white Chardonnay grapes.
Appearance: light brown powder.
ALEATAN GRAPE It has a strong antioxidant power. It stabilizes the color and maintains the freshness of the wine. It improves the phenolic potential and increases the structure and flavor breadth of the wine. If used in clarification, ALEATAN GRAPE optimizes the effects and results of added clarifying agents.
ALEATAN GRAPE It can be used:
· during alcoholic fermentation
· on young wine
· during maturation
Fractional additions are possible to improve the wine's structure and color quality.
· From 4 to 25 g/hl during fermentation to stabilize the color, improve the phenolic potential and enhance the aromatic qualities of the wine.
· From 10 to 20 g/hl on young wine to stabilize the color and structure of the wine.
· From 5 to 20 g/hl during maturation to improve the phenolic potential, protect from oxidation, increase the aromatic potential of the wine.
