Add directly to the product to be treated. It is recommended to carefully homogenize the product in the mass. Do not put in contact with iron containers. Shake before use. |
LIQUIDO
Liquid refining agent based on ellagic tannins extracted from toasted oak wood from the French Massif Central dried naturally in the air for 36 months. ALEATAN MT+ it is stabilized with gum arabic (Acacia Senegal) particularly selected for its structuring-softening effect.
Appearance: Brown, thick, viscous liquid.
ALEATAN MT+ stabilizes the color and structure of the treated wine. The raw material and the extraction technique applied allow to obtain a composition very similar to that of the polyphenols and compounds extracted from the wine during maturation in barrique. ALEATAN MT+ regulates the oxidation-reduction potential of the wine, protects the colouring substances and promotes the structure of the wine.
Its use is recommended during the maturation of the wine.
From 5 to 50 g/hl during maturation to balance the oxidation-reduction potential, protect anthocyanins and polyphenols and enhance the aromatic qualities of the wine.
