Aleastab CMC L20
LIQUIDO
466% aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose (E20), stabilized with SO2 (E220) at 0,3%.
Appearance: clear, whitish solution.
ALEASTAB CMC L20 it is a CMC (Carboxymethylcellulose) solution specifically designed to improve the tartaric stabilization processes of wines, allowing a reduction in energy costs incurred during the production phase (compared to “classic” cold stabilization or electrodialysis treatments).
You can add ALEASTAB CMC L20 directly on the wine to be treated, as the product does not significantly affect the filterability of the wine, but significantly improves its stability from a saline point of view. It is recommended to not use the product in red and rosé wines and in case of protein instability in white wines.
From 25 to 100 g/hl.
It is advisable to carry out preventive laboratory tests to identify the appropriate dosage for the product to be treated.
Maximum dose permitted by law 100 g/hl
Add ALEASTAB CMC L20 directly onto the mass to be treated, keeping it stirred and taking care to homogenize the mass well. The wine must be filtered beforehand and with an adequate filterability index.
