Alea KRISTALL FLASH promotes the formation and growth of potassium bitartrate crystals in wines by acting as a crystallization germ.
It promotes the complete and rapid cold tartaric stabilization of treated wines, particularly with continuous cold stabilization systems.
From 20 to 400 g/hL, depending on the type of wine to be treated and the stabilization treatment used.
When using on continuous cold stabilization systems, use the dosages indicated by the system manufacturer.
To disperse Alea KRISTALL FLASH directly into the mass to be treated, homogenizing it carefully and keeping the solution stirred.
