ALEA KRISTAL It is an oenological adjuvant that promotes the formation of potassium bitartrate crystals in wines, consequently accelerating their precipitation.

The potassium salts present in ALEA KRISTAL they modify the chemical-physical balances of super-saturation, causing the formation of micro crystals of potassium bitartrate, which act as crystallization germs and promote the tartaric stabilization of the treated wines.

Applications

The use of is recommended ALEA KRISTAL in the stabilization phase, especially in combination with refrigeration treatments.

Its use reduces refrigeration times, also avoiding any problems of re-dissolution of the salts.

Recommended Dosages

From 20 to 40 g/hl, depending on the type of wine to be treated.

Instructions for Use

To melt ALEA KRISTAL in water and add to the mass to be treated, possibly on the already chilled wine, homogenizing it carefully.
