Aleavit SIMPLEX
DUST
Preparation based on Inactivated Yeast
Appearance: beige powder, with a yeasty odor.
Aleavit Simplex It is a fermentation activator to be added to the alcoholic fermentation; it provides mannoproteins, amino acids and vitamins in an absorbable form, promoting the metabolism of the yeasts.
Aleavit Simplex It helps to obtain a more regular fermentation process, avoiding slowdowns or stops that could cause unwanted organoleptic anomalies.
The use of Aleavit Simplex It is recommended to obtain regular alcoholic fermentations and to optimize the fermentation process of yeasts. Its composition, rich in parietal polysaccharides, amino acids, and vitamins, completes the availability of nutrients in the wine and optimizes the fermentation process, avoiding reductions or other aromatic deviations resulting from stunted fermentations.
Aleavit Simplex added during fermentation, in combination with 5-10 mg/l of oxygen, it improves the metabolism of the yeasts, enhancing their expressiveness.
From 20 to 40 g/hl, depending on the needs
Maximum legal dose EC 40 g/hl
To melt Aleavit Simplex in a little water and add it during pumping over to the must or wine to be fermented, taking care to adequately homogenize the mass. Aerate appropriately according to the case.
It is recommended to make fractional additions, at 1/3 and 2/3 of the alcoholic fermentation.
