ALEAFERM GRANDAROM B It is a cryo-tolerant yeast, with high resistance to alcohol. It has excellent fermentation kinetics with a rapid start of fermentation; if properly nourished, it contributes to the creation of aromatic wines (development of 4MMP and 3MH) and enhances the varietal characteristics of the vine.

pof(-) character: does not produce vinyl phenols.

Applications

ALEAFERM GRANDAROM B It is a yeast suitable for wines in which you want to enhance the aromatic peculiarities, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. In white wines it enhances the finesse and aromatic complexity, also contributing to the taste balance. Recommended for Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Recommended Dosages

15-25 g/hl on musts. In case of contaminated musts it is possible to increase the doses of use.
