ALEAFERM CUVEE It is a varietal yeast, specifically recommended for fermentations at low temperatures (< 15°C). Its nutritional needs increase at very low temperatures and, if adequately nourished, it enhances the primary and varietal aromatic profile typical of the vine, developing aromas of tropical fruit and ripe fruit.

Applications

ALEAFERM CUVEE It is a yeast suitable for Moscato and for all wines in which you want to enhance the aromatic peculiarities, the fruity and ripe notes. In white wines it enhances the elegance and aromatic complexity, also contributing to the taste balance. Ideal for young and ready-to-drink wines, but also for wines with a complex aromatic profile and medium structure.

Recommended Dosages

15-25 g/hl on musts. In case of contaminated musts it is possible to increase the doses of use.
